As the HR Partner at the Brewers Association, I am dedicated to fostering organizational success by creating tailored content, connecting members with valuable resources, and offering best practices to enhance their team dynamics. In addition, I support the BA's internal HR function and change management initiatives. I bring a unique blend of academic qualifications to my role, holding a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Substance Abuse Prevention, Education, and Treatment, along with a master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management. My commitment to professional development is reflected in my achievement of the SHRM-SCP designation.Beyond my role at the Brewers Association, I actively contribute to the HR community as a volunteer leader on the board of directors for the Boulder Area HR Association (BAHRA), where I had the honor of serving as the 2023 president. Furthermore, I contribute my insights as a member of the MBA Alumni Advisory Council for the University of Northern Colorado. I am passionate about driving positive change in the HR landscape and continuously seek opportunities to make meaningful contributions to the field.
