Director Of Product Development
CurrentAs the Director of Product Management my area of responsibility for the UM Medical Management products for pre-authorization, referrals supporting digital and alternative submissions applications used by internal associate support staff, clinicians MDs and operations support team members and provider digital submission portals. Responsibility includes management of UM Product Agile train the execution and delivery Program Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysis and UAT team members. This includes partnerships with engineering developers and system analyst. The train includes 36 teams reaching from product teams, integration teams, API and SOA teams to production support teams. We support all lines of business from commercial 14 markets to government business division including Medicare and Medicaid 26 markets and FEP. My team of resources off 110 staff members are both onshore and offshore. We just several vendor contractors in staff as well as Full Time employees. We support behavioral health, physical health case management products which includes queuing and routing rules for intake case management applications, NCQA and stringent turn around time rules for all lines of business and markets specific. We support the letter logic for approval and denials supporting provider and member notifications for all lines of business and markets specific compliance mandates by markets In 2022 our UM Train Execution and Delivery team delivered on 765 Feature Epics resulting in 4424 stories.
