I'm a strategic communications consultant, with a particular focus on internal communications, advising companies including McKinsey, Cinven, and the NHS.I also work as a freelance journalist, writing for publications including The Art Newspaper, The Arts Society, Highsnobiety, Complex, i-D, State, and Londnr. I give art talks and chair panel discussions at venues including Soho House, the Mondrian Hotel, and the House of St Barnabas and I lead guided art walks in London. I help brands connect with interesting people through art events.I am Chair of the Board of Trustees at Upstart Projects - a charity whose mission is to support young people aged 13-30 to find their voice in the arts and gain the skills and experience to grow as arts and media practitioners.
