Sole responsibility for oversight of contingent worker program/recruitment of contingent labor as Managed Services Provider (MSP). Trusted contact for Client Stakeholders, Client Managers and Supplier partners. Management of Temporary Worker program, Summer Replacement Students program, as well as payrolled workers. Partnered with my client in a consultative manner, analyzing their needs, providing market data analysis and recommendations for best practices, while ensuring overall program compliance and oversight of Supplier partners. Additionally tasked with acting as the point of contact for systems issues between Client or Suppliers and Fieldglass support team, managing the Fieldglass VMS for the program, as well as maintaining and running test scripts and troubleshooting issues identified during each Fieldglass rollout, three times yearly.

Directly manage commercial branch dedicated to this account, including Account Recruiter to ensure all customer quality and service deliverables are met. Partner with other local and non-local branches to offer guidance on each order for the account from the first submittal to the first day. Reviewing account quarterly with client and program manager, and developing and implementing action plans when necessary. Partnering with my client in all aspects, including but not limited to, analyzing their needs and providing recommendations for best practices. HR responsibility including hiring, firing, coaching and counseling, workers compensation, unemployment and investigations. Interfacing with employees for performance, attendance, effectively addressing concerns, as well as recognizing and rewarding top performing employees
