Business has always been important but has evolved in many ways in the past couple of years. With online platforms and streams the business industry is at its most pivotal point. Business involves logic, research, maths and facts and that is what has influenced my interest and passion within the industry. As a result, I am undertaking a Bachelor of Business at Griffith University. I love to learn new things and have a strong focus in wanting to thrive and be the best version of my self through knowledge. I am excited to be a part of the business sector as it is continually changing and evolving with fresh and unique opportunities. My main goal is to become a master of my specialised craft and ultimately create a thriving company. Previous experiences and opportunities have enabled me to gain transferrable skills that can be effective in the pharmaceutical industry. Adaptability: Working in the demanding retail industry can present challenges that impact the way service is provided. By continually working in these conditions, I have gained the skills to adapt whilst maintaining quality customer service.In the healthcare industry, an important aspect to care and success is having a strong attention to detail, to ensure accurate patient treatment and communication. When completing assessments, I play close attention to the criteria and perform thorough research and analysis. In addition to this when completing chemistry assessments, a higher level of attention is required when measuring, weighing and timing procedures to reduce the experimental error for best results. This enhances me to implement a strong attention to detail in all aspects of my life and career.The main key to success in any industry is to have client understanding; to listen to concerns and ideas. Within the medical field professionals treat vulnerable patients requiring a high level of understanding and empathy. I have gained this skill through my job and other experiences by being an active listener, having genuine conversations, to show expression and concern and to follow up those interactions to improve understanding and rapport.
