• Exclusively chosen as the division training manager for the brand new 365th Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Group based at Nellis AFB, NV under the newly developed 363rd Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Wing headquartered at Langely AFB, VA. • Serve as a training liaison for five organizations at three different geographical locations for over 500 personnel.• Singlehandedly built the organization’s training program from the ground up. Conducted training needs analysis, Identified, analyzed and screened job performance data and determined training requirements as well as forecasted fiscal year budget to achieve training. Resulted in special recognition during the organization’s first Inspection General (IG) assessment in July 2016. • Ensure quality of training is being implemented, delivered and compliant through applicable inspections. • Published a Training Operating Instruction to support the new organization’s training directive, guidance and procedure. • Develop training curriculums to support specialized military e-learning management systems and deliver quality training to 500 members in the intelligence community.

This led the organization to win the 57th Wing Squadron of the Year award in 2011.• Keenly identified training shortfalls with critical certifications and developed an organization rollout plan for the timely correction of all deficiencies. As a result, was awarded 2012 superior performer award.

As a result, rectified common training deficiencies and improved overall mission readiness from 60% to 98%. • Managed unit training for 15 career fields and oversaw the development of six training plans, comprising of 3, 293 tasks and yielding 50 certifications. • Constructed instructor development and oversaw creation of six master training plans comprising of 2,000 tasks. As a result, all instructors earned podium qualification and the organization was catapulted into Community College of the Air Force candidacy with subsequent authority to award 1,600 hours of academic credit.
