On an Agile development team, we are considered Scrum Masters. As Scrum Masters we are responsible for organizing the project’s task, helping the team to set achievable goals during a sprint, organizing regular standup meetings, helping the team stay focused, removing obstacles and protecting the team from outside distractions.At Lelander, in addition to our Scrum Master responsibilities we also assist with sales by creating estimates and proposals for incoming projects. Often, but not always, the Project Manager in charge of creating the proposal becomes the Scrum Master for the project. This methodology is highly beneficial to the project's efficient kickoff, client relations, and project velocity.

As a Senior Designer/Project Manager, I managed all aspects of the AT&T 2008 Annual Report including the design, photography and production with continuous budget oversight. During the 2008 AT&T Senior Leadership Meeting and 2008 AT&T Legal Conference, I coordinated 20+ cutting edge product and service demonstrations from AT&T business units for the top 600 senior managers. I managed the design and production of meeting collateral with both in-house and national vendors at eight unique corporate events around the country for several clients.

My primary responsibility as a marketing operations manager was managing the content on the company website and all affiliate websites. I maintained and expanded the LandVest Fine Homes and Estates brand through internal and external electronic media and coordinated the launch of the redesigned website. To track marketing plans and expenses for each property, I developed a database and trained employees in twelve offices to use it.

As a design intern, I assisted in producing multi-media presentations in several cities for two Fortune 500 clients, and supported creative directors' concepts through collateral materials and production work that won the firm new clients.
