-Designed and developed a new pair of men's shorts around the idea of innovation. -Sorted and organized both internal and external fabric sample walls in order to amplify efficacy within the office -Researched new color trends for the year of 2019 -Assisted with managing company wide sample sale. -Assisted with conducting a men's big and tall research study in order to gain insight about the possible market opportunities. -Explored new ideas for relaxed fit denim for Fall 2018 via tread board. -Researched new ideas on innovation within the fashion industry. -Managed excel line grid in order to keep progress within the assortment line up to date. -Cultivated new ideas around pocketing within our shorts. -Sketched and created flats, both physically and within Adobe Illustrator.

My responsibilities are ensuring excellent customer service to all of our guest. Training new team members on Threshing Bee standards and requirements while making sure that we are all collaborating together in order to have successful sales. I am also responsible for opening and closing the store and counting the money to keep track of our daily sales.
