HCA/Phlebotomist delivering patient-centred care in accordance with NHS guidelines and as part of a multidisciplinary team. I perform essential checks and procedures, including venepuncture. I take particular pride in providing continuity of care, usually for patients with long term conditions. I am committed to promoting health and wellbeing. I conduct 6-CIT memory assessments, GAD-7 and PHQ-9 interventions, and make appropriate referrals to local services. Additionally, I record the practice's feedback and draft responses to complaints. I also enjoy coordinating the patient participation group, fostering a collaborative environment where patients can share their insights to enhance our services.
