As a member of Cargill's Law Leadership Team, created and established the Global Food Law COE, Global Environmental Law COE, and Global Sustainability Law COE, and manages the talent within those Centers of ExpertiseServes as the Lead Lawyer for Cargill's Global Impact (Sustainability) Team and is a member of the Global Impact Extended Leadership Team; provides legal support for all areas of sustainability (including human rights, land use, climate and water) - with a focus on international human rights and sustainable supply chainsServes as the Lead Lawyer for Cargill's Business Operations & Supply Chain (BOSC) Group and is a member of the BOSC Leadership Team; provides legal advice and counsel to the Teams within BOSCServed as interim leader of Social Sustainability Team (human rights, farmer livelihoods, animal welfare) for Cargill's Global Impact Team (August 2023 - October 2024)

While on an expatriate assignment in Singapore, led the creation of Cargill's corporate human rights strategy; managed the Global Employment & Labor Law Team; served as Lead Lawyer for Cargill's Business Operations & Supply Chain (BOSC) Group; formed and co-led APAC BOSC Leaders Group; and was an active member of the APAC Crisis Action Team (during Covid pandemic)
