As Vice President of External Affairs for DrinkPAK, it's my job to help this fast-growing company identify locations for expansion, complete site selection evaluations, secure economic development incentives, and help the company integrate into the locations it ultimately selects. Throughout my 25 + years of management and executive experience in the private sector, governmental, and non-profit organizations, I’ve assisted hundreds of companies in their pursuit of growth, optimization, risk reduction and innovation. Over this time I’ve had success in advancing corporate expansions, company relocations, master-planned community initiatives, and various community projects that have supported the growth of the Santa Clarita Valley. I find innovative opportunities for value creation by building consensus on vision and implementation strategies. I’m fortunate to have created a network of public and private sector partners and to have been named one of the top Women in Business CEOs of the Year in the Santa Clarita Valley in 2018 and an Icon of Influence by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.As an experienced executive and Board member, I help organizations identify the optimal state that enriches value for all stakeholders. I identify patterns shaping the future to find emerging opportunities and champion the changes needed to determine solutions at the individual, business and community scale. I drive growth and change by ensuring all stakeholders understand key requirements and leveraging relationships to inform decision makers.My previous work at the Santa Clarita EDC focused on actively shaping the region’s economic development efforts by advocating for a stronger business environment, helping companies grow, and helping attract the talent that companies need to be successful.
