About Holly Silvers-Granelli

Developer of ACL (FIFA 11+ and PEP:Prevent Injury and Enhance Performance) and hamstring injury prevention/mitigation protocols and assessing biomechanics, epidemiological data and injury incidence within professional and recreational athletes. Clinical duties include providing pre, post-operative and preventative care for professional soccer (International and domestic), football (NFL), basketball (NBA), baseball (MLB, NCAA), cycling and rugby athletes. I serve as the chair of Major League Soccer's Medical Assessment Research Committee, I am a proud member of FIFA's Female Football in Medicine Initiative and the NFL's ACL Injury Mitigation Musculoskeletal Committee. I consult for the Aspetar Scientific Board (Doha, Qatar) and the Aspen Institute's ACL Mitigation coalition. I also spend a portion of my time in my community based clinic to address sports/orthopaedic injuries and biomechanical pathology in recreational athletes of all ages. I am the chair of Noreen's Angel Fund, a 501(c)3 founded to honor my late cousin, Noreen Silvers. We offer scholarships that honor benevolent scholars that will continue to lead a life filled with gratitude and generosity. #BeKindSpecialties: ACL injury prevention, groin injury prevention, Biomechanics, FAI treatment, injury mitigation, EMG, and advances in articular cartilage rehabilitation and prevention.
