My role involves engaging and educating customers, bars, clubs, and retail outlets about our premium spirits, and sharing their unique stories and qualities. I also focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bartenders, influencers, and industry professionals, to promote brand awareness and drive sales. Additionally, I organise and host engaging events, tastings, and workshops to provide hands-on experiences with our products and deepen brand connections. I travel nationally to represent Truth Spirits at events, festivals, and trade shows, promoting our brand and expanding our market presence. In addition, I conduct daily media monitoring, run regular Analytics reports and develop proposals. As an FMC I held appointments with potential customers to review their current financial situation and the steps required to achieve their retirement goals and plan. In this role, a high level of organisation, time-management, administration, problem solving, public speaking, and rapport building was required. No day was the same, from managing crisis with a student who broke her leg; to running orientations in Sydney; to developing and maintaining University and accommodation stakeholder relationships. I led and provided on-going training for a team of 15 educators. Being an assistant team leader for Operation Flinders has been one of the most fulfilling roles I have held. It consisted of hiking over 100kms over 8 days with a group of troubled youth. The outback adventure program provides young people at risk with an opportunity learn, grow and change in a positive way.Key responsibilities:• Counselling and support for the youth. • Compass and map navigation through the Australian outback. • Providing First Aid. • Running team building activities.

A high level of problem solving, crisis management, counselling and documentation was required for this role. I worked in the community housing department, where each child I cared for was under the Guardianship of the State. These children were between 2 and 18 years of age and had all experienced some form of abuse or neglect. Key responsibilities:• Thorough documentation and logging of daily events. • Counselling and support to the children and youth.• Reporting abuse and neglect. • Reporting missing persons and filing police reports. • Non-violent physical and suicide intervention.
