- Lead a team of 5+ designers through the stages of discovery, research, ideation, design, and reflection. The goal is to redefine the user experience direction for clients' existing B2B design patterns using an iterative design process.- To improve user experience, create 18+ additional screens that showcase intuitive and accessible design interfaces and interactions. Use product analytics and product strategy to guide design decisions.- Enhance brand identity and branding guidelines through strategic thinking and calculated creative solutions (color theory, typography, graphic design, vision designs, UX, UI) to create 9+ page Figma style guides.

- Conceptualize clients goals collaboratively while working cross functional with product design team of 6+ to turn interface designs into components and functionality that focuses on customer facing and human-centered design frameworks.- Develop an edtech SaaS MVP by designing and prototyping 40+ screens to clearly illustrate how the site functions and looks for proper communications between product managers, the client and frontend & back end developers- Examine and conduct research for over 10+ edtech companies to gain a deep understanding of design trends and industry standards to support findings and customer needs.

- Play an active role in communicating and articulating strategic decisions & design thinking to a multi-disciplinary team through critical thinking, storyboards, mock-ups and process flows.- Attract client’s target audience by redesigning ecommerce landing pages from conception to delivery through 3+ iterations of mockup, wireframing, UI design, user testing, while using ecommerce best practices as our compass for landing pages.- Boost user satisfaction by conducting research through multiple data sources and administrating 9+ user tests (through usertesting.com) to synthesize user findings via Miro and upgrade designs to achieve higher business performance.
