As the Assistant Director of Employer Relations in the Center for Career & Experiential Education at URI it is my goal to make sure that our external partners are able to connect with our students and alumni. Whether you are a local small business owner or a member of a talent acquisition team at a large corporation, navigating an unfamiliar campus can be a daunting and time-consuming task. My goal is to guide and support you in creating an effective recruiting strategy at URI. Together we can start by building your brand & developing a robust talent pipeline, thus ensuring that you are able to hire and retain top talent for your organization. My 25 years of professional experience as an educator, public servant, and program manager both in higher education and industry settings enables me to connect easily with leaders from non-profit organizations and small businesses to multinational corporations. I have a dedicated commitment to ensuring access & inclusion as a primary tenet of my work, and this mission for equity has driven the development of our program here at the URI Center for Career & Experiential Education.
