Consulted with the Volvo Product Design Team to improve agile and experience design processes.

Defined the Digital Services brand for CSRA, specifically to position user experience, agile and devops methods in terms of our broader capabilities. Developed new business, identified and developed organic growth opportunities, and coached project teams on best practices in Lean UX and Agile methods. Developed guides and materials for practitioners and BD/sales teams.

In addition to supporting SRA clients as an information architect and user-centered designer, I served as Deputy Director of SRA’s User Experience Practice. In this role, I managed the professional development and appraisals for members of the team and regularly supported capture and proposal efforts on behalf of the Practice. I developed materials and presentations for the SRA Capabilities Center to increase awareness of our offerings internally and support business development externally.
