In college, I fell in love with programming and the logic of advanced mathematics. Within a few months at my first job as an Application Developer, my manager and business stakeholders quickly identified my aptitude for analyzing problems, designing solutions, and "organizing chaos". That led to a transition into business analysis and product development.Since that BA/Developer role 13 years ago to my most recent role as a BSA Manager, I have progressed in my capabilities to drive product development and excite customers with my teams' delivered solutions.Here are some of my most notable skills:• getting to the heart of business needs in order to analyze and design solutions that exceed expectations• establishing workable processes within the project to cultivate highly productive and effective development teams• collaborating with project team members, business stakeholders, and users to deliver successful solutions on time and within budget• diving into the details with architects and developers to refine technical requirements, quickly remove development roadblocks, or resolve production issues• deescalating high-pressure situations to keep the project progressing toward established goals and milestones• managing multiple projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities• using my INTJ superpowers to keep track of all details regarding requests, requirements, timelines, and statusesI thrive on solving problems, whether with an application, within my teams, or an impending collapse of the universe.
