As Marketer Technologies is marketing 50% of all properties sold in Norway, together with clients in UK, US and Australia, the nurturing of the existing client base is crucial. I was hired to restructure the team who handled the client portfolios, going from project managers to a highly functional and selling Customer Success team.

Together with three talented colleagues, we successfully launched the ad-tech platform Hold. Hold is mindful marketing at its best and the only platform that rewards and understands consumers’ offline behaviour. Main areas of responsibility was creating and implementing the marketing strategy, as well as making partnerships with international brands. Hold further expanded to Sweden, Denmark and UK after short time.
