HMH is the merging of divested Subsea Drilling Systems (previously under Baker Hughes) and MHWirth.As a production material planner and execution, I was responsible for the annular and diverter product lines in the Blow Out Preventer (BOP) family for both services and new make. I planned/released production work orders and released purchase requisitions to fulfill sales order demands for these product lines.I worked closely with the manufacturing engineers, CNC programmers, shop supervisors, and buyers to coordinate the completion of parts and assemblies on time and I reported at risk orders to create visibility to upper management and request additional support.During my time as a planner I:· Shipped $4.4M worth of product during the time I worked in 2021 and helped the plant achieve 96% OTD· Shipped $7M this year and scheduled to make and ship $8M additionally by end of year· Helped lead the transition of MRP system change from Oracle to SAP, trained my team in SAP, and created training documents for all planning functions to use

I supervised up to 20 employees and scheduled up to 42 large and small CNC machines. I worked closely with other supervisors on first and second shift to ensure a flow of quality parts in a timely manner. I also supported the employees performing the processes by driving improved CNC programs and acquiring better tooling.In addition to my job specifications, I helped with the basic technical support of the shop computers to function properly and help employees access all necessary sites and accounts related to the business or work benefits.
