CurrentEliciting requirements for expected changes to core financial software - 2024.Led effort to create EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Requests in Salesforce, allowing the EDI team to migrate from a prior Jira setup, and make use of the Salesforce platform used by hundreds of Estes Sales and Service employees. Set up a new EDI Survey in Formstack and created requirements to house the Survey and collection process within Salesforce.SAFe: helped implement first "SaFe-like" Scaled Agile Framework at Estes, with 50-member Customer Program team and 5 Scrum teams focused on web site usability, Salesforce, APIs and other enhancements. As a program-level BA, helping manage the current Program Implement. Transitioned from Salesforce Implementation team to API Strategy team: conducted refinement sessions, added and developed stories, researched data needs for new APIs, including Invoice, Pickup and Shipment Tracking APIs. Worked with Postman, Swagger, UBL (Universal Business Language), Mongo COMPASS and Gitlab, refined epics for technical changes involving Denodo, Kubernetes, AWS.Salesforce MVP project (Dec 2019 - April 2021): Implemented the initial Salesforce system at Estes, involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Marketing with Pardot. Worked with internal SMEs and partner Cap Gemini, to design initial pilots and larger MVP implementation, supported ongoing support and enhancements team as a ScrumMaster and BA.Led story development, UI design and testing for the largest single area of new functionality: creating a complete system within Salesforce to create, edit and cancel new LTL (Less Than Truckload) transportation order requests (pickups), then view changing status on those orders and shipments. During the initial CRM project, helped finalize vendor selection, spent 6 weeks planning with consulting, business and technical team members. Completed weeks of training at Salesforce's Trailhead education site (75K points).
