Major Healthcare GPO:•Maintained and developed on a full stack legacy system for a client that offered data analysis and peer comparisons amongst hospitals. The primary focus of the role was to continue building onto the existing system with enhancements, as well as diagnose and fix bugs in production in a timely manner. •Technologies used include Struts, AJAX, and jQuery for front end and Java and Oracle DB for the backend. •Reports were created using Jasper iReport. Scripts were written with Liquibase. •The client later switched to a next generation product that my team was responsible for creating from the ground up. •Technologies used here were Angular for front-end, and Java Spring Boot and Teradata DB for the backend. Major Auto Parts Retailer:•Part of team charged with exploring an existing framework and investigating how to implement a major new feature. •This task required dissecting the codebase, identifying areas of concern, connection points, and then discussing these with client management. Non-Profit CS Education Partner:•I participated in this project from the initial client meeting. During this meeting, I was instrumental in asking relevant questions to ensure that what the client asked for could be met in the short time frame provided. •Once the project kicked off, I played a pivotal role in the entire development process. •I created the client's AWS account and the roles used by the Administrator and CapTech developers. •I also created and maintained the database (Dev and Prod) and AWS Elastic Beanstalk used to deploy the code, as well as the Auto-Scaling Groups. •While on this project, my other responsibility included building the Java Spring Boot API backend of the web application using the AWS SDK. •Meanwhile, I also sat in on client update meetings, ensuring along the way that the client was happy with the progress, and implemented changes where required.

Task for the application included, but not limited to: a) allow customers to purchase and upgrade equipment, b) allow customers to pay, cancel, and upgrade plans, c) allow employees to register equipment, d) enable employees to access a database of customers they are assigned to, and e) allow managers to view the customers assigned to their employees. This web application was created using java, javascript, html, css, JSP, and SQL.
