As the first QA person hired by China engineering team, I helped team formalize the QA process and integrated QA cycles into development sprints effectively, during past years, I worked on many key projects like new supply-side dashboard, SSO integration, rebranding rollout owned by China engineering team.I'm currently working with Beijing Application team for the Supply Dashboard, the Supply Dashboard is the primary entry point to publishers, by using supply-side dashboard, our publishers are able to manage their apps & placements, check the revenue reports and maintain users under their account. as the only QA resource in the team, I helped them build backend API test framework and UI test framework from scratch.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain test plans for supply-side products;- Document test cases with clearly defined execution steps and acceptance criteria;- Participate in daily scrum and planning meetings;- Effectively integrate QA cycles into development sprints;- Execute test plans as part of the system platforms release cycle;- Provide technical mentorship/coaching to local and vendor testers;Achievements:- Built backend API test framework for Supply dashboard, automated 2000+ test cases;- Built web frontend test framework for Supply dashboard, automated 500+ test cases;- Set up parallel test env with Selenium Grid, reduced the execution time of UI test automation from more than 50 minutes to less than 5 mins;- Built load testing framework with Gatling;

Department: CE TechnologiesAs the Senior QA engineer, I used to cooperate with an engineering team based in Sydney for Integration Framework SDK, which is an internal product that provides an universal playback verification platform to other project teams, after this project, I took the QA lead role and started leading DAX Windows SDK, DAX Win SDK integrates Dolby Atmos and Dolby Audio technologies to Windows ecosystem, it provides hybrid solution(software+hardware) to PC manufactures. The customers of DAX Win SDK include Lenovo, Huawei, Xiaomi, ASER, Microsoft Surface series etc.Responsibilities:1. Work with PO and engineering team to analyze user stories, make sure all acceptance criteria are testable;2. Create test plan based on project schedule and product requirements, explore/investigate test approaches, provide automation test solution in prototyping phase;3. Design automation test framework/tool, develop and maintain test script, implement Continuous Integration test to provide rapid feedback of product quality;4. Lead QA team to execute regression test, collect/track test results, analyze product/process quality, provide test report with detailed test metrics before delivering the product5. Collaborate with PO and PM, push engineering team to fix high priority bugs found in QA test;6.
