Now, I have the pleasure of being the chief financial steward of the best hamburger restaurant chain in Alabama (maybe the whole U.S.!)At Capstone, I led financing efforts for ~ $1.1B in multifamily and student housing projects. I previously worked in strategic consulting with CBRE and asset management and underwriting with Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW). I began my career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers. I like data-driven decisions and information that is neat and organized...preferably from a spreadsheet.
