Conduct customer workshops to identify the business processes for digital transformation and the accompanying requirements.

Support and optimization of Work Management process. - Proactively engage business leaders to train their groups on tagging procedures and follow-up to ensure program success.- Seek and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful long-term; this is not limited to hard skills but extends into soft skills, i.e., communication, team collaboration, etc. - Work with customers and identify and define processes that are not efficient and/or creating waste.- Assist with the training of Maximo processes including introducing job aids, outline of job plan, and detailed instruction of the Maximo system.- Help with the implementation of programs including follow up to ensure solution value is sustained over time, with either existing or new applications. - Establish and maintain a good relationship with KPL Management and personnel; have continual communication on process improvements. - Assist in the development of meaningful business metrics for leadership.

In this role I will assist in the development and implementation of sustainable technology solutions and transformation of work processes. This change in roles means that I will need to stay current on business process automation technologies and best practices, ensuring that we are leveraging our proven solutions, appropriate knowledge and products to achieve success for FHR Pipelines and Terminals.
