As a Test and Evaluation Engineer, l was responsible for managing Space Launch System (SLS) propulsion data tracking for approximately 3000 test points. To do this, I supported technical drawing references, flag notes, test pressures, procedures, and test point procedure roadmap. I maintained mission-critical matrix to map test points for relevant procedures and broad component dependencies while facilitating more accurate predictions for timelines and deliveries on test build plans and varied part delivery times. My work advanced and supported operations to maintain transparency for customers through more accurate schedule implementation while ensuring clear attention to detail, updating requirements and communicating mission critical information for the team.I strategically managed a clear and comprehensive spreadsheet and schematics to check propulsion system models weekly to identify any changes and deliver timely and accurate spreadsheet and schematics updates for the engineering system designs changes. I maintained ongoing communication, updating teams to modify procedures in the quickly evolving landscape, checking systems piece by piece, providing a unique review of in-process ATPs and tests for missing procedures. I developed, recorded and reported accurate test procedures for mission-critical SLS rocket engine system testing, providing in-depth procedures for liquid and gaseous oxygen systems, gaseous hydrogen systems, thrust vector control (TVC) systems, anti-geyser tubing, and boat tail exhaust systems. I was tasked with developing tests on a variety of systems and demonstrated effective communication, leadership and management skills, working across diverse teams to gather components information to build effective procedural documentation.

Starting out with Boeing as a Systems Engineer, I was responsible for managing a detailed spreadsheet to pool information from simulations and categorize the testing results. I built the spreadsheet to effectively and automatically organize results within the result ranges of good, close, and bad classifications. Using this information, I improved existing procedures using strategic code-writing, programming, design and creative problem-solving, compiling various datasets and converting the data to visualize it in graphs and charts for reporting purposes. I was also responsible for developing consumable information reports for management to support informed data decision making.

Working with Jacobs ESTS Group as a Co-Op engineer provided me with the opportunity to support various optic design and manufacturing data management strategies. This role required significant vendor collaboration where I managed multiple complex tasks, developed organization understanding, maintained a high level of attention-to-detail, and worked independly. I was able to achieve manufacturing deadlines, utilizing and applying excellent drafting and design skills to program priorities while maintaining effective data management and vendor collaboration. My work creating a spreadsheet to compile diamond turning machine data and specification information assisted in the selection for purchasing the appropriate machine. As a top performer, I was select to attend STS-127 Pre-Launch Education Forum: “Strengthening the STEM Workforce: Strategies for Engaging Generation Y.”
