As an analytic consulting manager, I lead a team of eight analytic consultants on performance improvement efforts focused on hospital access, efficiency, quality, and safety, and specialty and cancer care initiatives. Project leadershipAs systems director on several large-scale, healthcare research projects, I manage the schedule, budget, and staff on technical tasks, including a 7-year, $107 million demonstration evaluation and a 5-year, $15 million technical assistance contract. I design and lead systems-focused projects that include end-to-end development and distribution of reports containing impact analysis results (data acquisition, processing, analysis, quality assurance, and report automation). I also oversee efforts to build, deploy, and maintain BI dashboards for Accountable Care Organizations.
