Paul was born and raised in Maine. Prior to starting Home Project Partners, he worked 14 years for a water utility. As a water resource specialist and a licensed plumbing inspector, he spent many days working with town and state officials, contractors, realtors, and the general public. Being an inspector he became very familiar with building practices and the many quality builders, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople in the area.After years of listening to homeowners complain about how difficult it was to find good contractors they could trust, he saw a niche and finally got the nerve to start his own contractor referral service. It was a natural progression to go from what he was doing to what he now does.Specialties: Home Project Partners (HPP) is an organized network of reliable, skilled contractors in various trades.
