Collaborated efforts with city, county, state police, and federal agencies such as the FBI and Secret Service to support over 2 million annual visitors, daily NCAA Division I sporting events, frequent visits from high level U.S and foreign government officials. Throughout the five-year tenure, these strategic measures ensured a flawless security record with no breaches or major incidents.-Supervised public works for 120 aging facilities and successfully managed and coordinated seven significant repair and renovation projects totaling $90M. Each project was executed on schedule, with minimal impact on Naval Academy activities.

-Led a multinational team overseeing a combined Australian/U.S. Amphibious four ship squadron with 3,000 officers and crew during a month long Rim of the Pacific naval exercise. Through months of meticulous planning and coordination, successfully integrated Australian and U.S. operating procedures to establish a seamless task force operating under a unified doctrine. The exercise concluded with a historic moment as 13 Australian landing craft successfully embarked on U.S. Amphibious ships, showcasing our collaborative operational capabilities. -With a team of 20 personnel, efficiently oversaw the deployment certification, major shipyard maintenance periods, and the introduction of a new construction ship for a fleet of seven vessels, involving 3,500 officers and crew. Despite the dispersed locations of these ships from San Diego to Mississippi, judiciously allocated the staff and utilized personal experience to enhance effectiveness. -Led a comprehensive two-year coordination effort personally preparing General and Flag officers increasing interactions between Pacific Command and House of Representatives and Senate Members. This strategic effort enabled Pacific Command leaders to defend the budget requirements and preserve $272M. -Took personal charge of preparations for six Congressional testimonies delivered by a four-star admiral and facilitated more than 20 meetings with leaders from House and Senate defense committees. Ultimately leading to a noteworthy increase of $67.5M in Pacific Command budgets.-Personally selected by the Pacific Commander, a four-star admiral, over two senior officers to head the J9 Pacific Outreach Directorate and guide a 500-person staff through interagency coordination exercises involving the State Department, Department of Homeland Security, and Treasury Department.
