Homer joined Commercial Properties Inc. in 2010 and brings with him 14 years experience in real estate. At the beginning his career, Homer focused on commercial real estate investing and developing his own business that has operated out of the Scottsdale Airpark since 1990. His business, Raintree Pet Resort, has been nationally recognized as an industry leader in the pet boarding field. His hard work and strong business sense lead him to expand his operation into a 2nd location in 2001. In addition to these endeavors, Homer has played an active role in business real estate consulting projects, nationwide, for the past 9 years. This, combined with his experience in commercial real estate investing and small business ownership, gives him a unique perspective into the inner workings of the industry and is a valuable asset to CPI and his clients alike.Homer is currently working with a team as a sale and leasing agent representing over 450,000 square feet of space. Homer and his wife Julie, have lived in Arizona since 1982.
