Represent buyer's or Seller's with integrity, firmly negotiating to their best interest. Keeping the task on hand moving forward, as smoothly and efficiently as I can. Gathering pertinent information as requested in a timely manor. Maintaining communication, confidentiality, and an open mind. Clarifying, and differentiating wants, and must haves. Utilizing resources, and referring to known experts in areas out of the scope of my license.

I work with Buyer's and Seller's. I enjoy the hunt of working with buyer's, and the negotiation when an offer comes in on a listing for my Seller's. Most important, I love making friends. Referrals from friends keep me going.

My responsibilities at Century 21 Real Estate 217, were to represent buyer's and seller's in a Real Estate transaction in a manner that would achieve referrals.

Assist teaching staff with student's who have special needs. I would give redirection to help a child stay on task, work in small groups or one on one, with reading, math, and writing. I assist with student's who need medicine administration, log and monitor reactions. Provide support during lunch time, recess and gym.

Subcontracted work through PESG, Chartwells, and PCMI for Lapeer Schools. I would assist the head cook with food prep, set up, cashier, dish washing for approximately 300 students per lunch, within approximate 3 hr shift. I appreciate my school lunch personnel now.

Worked harder than the men on my dad's crew since I was 10 years old. I split wood by hand or with a hydraulic splitter, run a chipper machine, raked leaves, loaded the truck, thrown a rope to my dad in a tree, tied the chain saw on and pulled it up. If he needed, I would tie the rope to the truck and pull the tree. Sharpened the chains, dumped wood, stacked cords.

Dispatch work, Customer Service, answer phones, write work orders for auto repairs, outsource out of stock parts, data entry, stock count on inventory, put inventory on shelves, lace old tires on trucks, install tires and batteries, cashier, open and closing procedures,(locking doors, cash counts, and money drop.), train new employees. I worked shy of 10 years at the Sears Auto Roseville location, moved out west and worked in the Pueblo Co. Auto center, then came back and worked at the Harper Woods location. With the moves it was approximate total of 10 or more years.

Handle banking transactions including, deposits, withdrawal, money transfers, cash count, end day balancing, recommend products and services.

Greet Customer's, gathering information, assist in sale of home furnishings, offer and demonstrate warranty's and products.

Worked on a roofing crew. Loaded/unloaded trucks, lifted bundles of shingles off the truck and up the ladder, clean up.
