A native of Fair Oaks, CA Shauna’s passion for helping people led her to a career in Real Estate. Spending her first several years as a licensed real estate agent in the travel industry, Shauna assisted families with their individualized vacation accommodation purchases. She enjoyed being a part of bringing families together for quality time on vacation where they could create long lasting and life changing memories together. Though a graduate of Bella Vista High school in Fair Oaks, Shauna obtained her degrees in Music – Vocal Performance from UCLA and San Diego state and enjoyed a successful regional career in musical theatre and opera throughout Southern California. Responsible for weekly updates to the website on current auditions, classes, theatre news, events and membership discounts. Managing membership database & program, tracking and managing member retention and seeking new members. Harts Performance Inc is a for profit company dedicated to bringing live musical performances to the local San Diego community, with a passion for reaching mature audiences that have limited access to local entertainment.

Duties included: meeting the various needs of 90-250 women per location. Hosting and orchestrating large-scale women's seminars. Responsible for motivating and organizing groups for various charity functions and church fundraisers. Conducting specialized individual and group counseling sessions. Managing children's programs, which included the screening/interviewing of teachers and monitoring of classes and curriculum. Coordinating and performing (vocalist/musician) theatrical/musical productions for large groups. Motivational speaker at numerous seminars, retreats, and women's conferences.
