• Responsible for auditing claims data for new and existing claimants with the purpose of forecasting appropriate pooling levels• Preparing documentation and data for clients who are due for renewals• Working with a diverse and vast amount of internal CRM applications as well as underwriting program tools such as Automated Rating Calculator (ARC)• Supporting the management team with miscellaneous tasks to help expedite and get new business quotes to market

Ran the trading desk for the company's Toronto/Canada division while liaising and trading with the company's other international trading desks and external trading partners. Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Responsible for trading and hedging of physical and non physical precious metals as per trading policies and procedures• Maintaining daily trading sheets and forex hedging to ensure compliance with hedging and forex limits• Responsible for tracking daily product sales and refining settlements to maintain a hedged position that keeps metal price fluctuation risk and foreign exchange risk to a minimum• Daily confirmation and reconciliation of metal consignment and fund balances with metal suppliers and internal accounts• Maintained metal loans with other trading desks and ensure timely metal turnover to minimize metal loan interests
