Michelle is an energetic, resourceful and business savvy individual with over 10 years' working experience in the real estate industry, mainly focusing on leasing and asset management of prime office asset in the CBD in HK. Taking a customer-centric approach, she enjoys interacting with clients to understand and identify their business needs; she always strives a good balance from different perspectives to create win-win. Most recently she sets her sight on client outreach business in management consulting space.In her early career, she developed a comprehensive understanding of how a mega real estate development in Hong Kong, with job rotations to different teams - town planning, tender, project management & asset management. She was seconded to work in Beijing for a trade-mix refinement for a retail mall in the CBD.Outside of work, she find joy in running and practising yoga.
