During my work at TU Bergakademie Freiberg I was involved in various research projects, mainly in the analytical field. My main task was the development and optimization of the analytical method ETV-ICP OES, which allows quantitative investigations of main, minor and trace element contant as well as speciation in solids. My dissertation deals with the investigation of the temperature-dependent release of various elements from energy feedstocks by ETV-ICP OES.I was regularly involved in the organization and realization of various conferences, project meetings and networking events.Further I taught students the basics of energy balancing. I also supervised various theses in the field of process engineering and analytical chemistry. In addition to my research work I organized and realized many activities and events for acquisition of new students. I was also responsible for my institute's social media channel.
