Vardhaman Special SteelThe leading spinning group had taken over a steel company from Mohta Group Head - Commercial & Administration doubling up as Chief Projects Co-ordinator Reporting to the President and the MD • Managing all the commercial functions like Logistics, PPC, raw material planning & procurement, sales co-ordination & costing with the assistance of Commercial Manager • Managed the Modernisation & expansion of the steel complex to 100,000 TPA as Chief Projects Co-ordinator. Role incorporated Project planning, PERT/CPM Scheduling of the activities, Procurement functions & Progress monitoring, Co-ordination with technical consultants, contractors, vendors & other relevant Govt. authorities • Formulated and implemented policies of H R Development function, encompassing T&D, QC, communication, cross-functional & core-group operations.
