The RoleManage all the inbound logistics flow from collections points (i.e.) to main pick up/distribution center.Ensure documentation alignment between the collection contact person and the Kaymu Inbound teamCreates the waybills and invoices for all shipmentsEnsures and packages items for submission to the Kaymu outbound teamPrepares the CSV file to be sent to the collection team.Arranges the failed items to be returned to the Collation centersMaintains a close working relationship with Kaymu contact person.Provides and implements best logistic flow for all shipments from collation centers to the buyers and sellersProvide urgent reply to incidences, red flags or missing product or informationReports to the Manager, Business Development & Analytics and the Managing Director
