-Indirect Sourcing leader for Marketing, Sales, Care, Travel and Professional Service Categories in GCNA - PRC, HK, TW, Japan and Korea-Responsible for Senior stakeholders engagement, communication and management in GCNA, influence & enhance strong internal relationship to leverage spend and meet business requirements & cost objectives -STP Pipeline and Sourcing resources investment plan set up in line of Nokia Strategy and stakeholders priorities-Providing leadership, build up the expertise of Categories Sourcing Community, managing stakeholders expectation-Identifying, developing and managing strategy supplier relationship in GCNA for above mentioned Categories. Creates innovation and provide added value services-Working with other categories within Indirect Sourcing teams to ensure the optimization of resources investment-Supporting and coaching other sourcing managers and purchasing specialists in the team members in complex issues and acts as a source of Sourcing expertise to others-Implement Global Sourcing Strategies, Procedure & Control System for GCNA, develop & carry out supplier sourcing strategy to ensure quality, delivery and cost competitiveness -Drive supplier performance management with internal business group to measure and document performance levels, identify development areas, perform root cause analysis and establish corrective & preventive action plans for improvements-Manage the team performance, grow & develop sourcing talents through training, coaching & project assignments

-Marketing & Sales Sourcing Category Leader in G.C, working closely with Marketing and Sales Management team to ensure the efficient and effective Marketing strategy implementation-Developing and managing strategy supplier relationships for Marketing Category, coordinate and implement Global Category strategy at SU-Accessing the opportunities, conduct the Audit projects and follow up-Leading the team to identify and carry out sourcing support to functions for Quality, Delivery and Cost Saving -Develop and tracking local supplier and market intelligence in collaboration with Global Sourcing Organization

-Set up Nokia China Marketing Supplier Qualification Procedure, Standard Contract Template, KPI scorecard measurement & Business Review mechanism with core & strategic suppliers on quality, delivery, cost control and risk management-Be an active individual contributor in Marketing Sourcing, creatively and innovatively drive added value and solutions to establish trust relationship with Marketing & Sales stakeholders-Provide Sourcing expertise, influence and engage stakeholders to conduct Sourcing projects and deliver results to finally meet stakeholders expectation and business -Responsible for contracting and negotiating the prices. Participates in sub commodity strategy creation and/or implementation-Optimize and implement the Purchasing Standard Operation Procedure under SAP R/3 and Ariba system, a key user of Ariba Sourcing and e-auction tool-Working with other organizations to ensure the product or service meets quality, technology, supply and cost criteria. Evaluates and monitors current and potential suppliers performance to ensure continued effectiveness and efficiency
