Being a part of the PTK honor society emphasizes my commitment to sustained academic excellence. It shows my leadership growth, networking experience, and academic seeking through participating in meetings.

- Serve on the Service and Activities Fee (522 Fund) Committee, responsible for budgeting and managing financial codes from Washington State. Voting on the allocation of a $1,750,000 budget to support diverse campus initiatives, including Campus Life administration, operations, student activities, the Associated Student Government, intercollegiate athletics, recreational programs, student employment, cultural arts programs, publications, radio stations, and clubs.- Commit 2-7 hours weekly to volunteer efforts, training, voting, and engaging in critical decision-making processes.- Conduct meetings and provide recommendations on financial allocations for weekly finance and senate meetings focused on club and organization funding discussions.

- Coordinate and execute a diverse of on-campus events and off-campus events designed to facilitate cultural exchange, enhance social interaction, and promote personal development. Attracting 400-600 participants, as well as smaller events for around 40 attendees.- Demonstrated ability in leadership, initiative in task management, and proficiency in organizing events.Effectively collaborate with various agencies and vendors for event planning and execution.- Engage in Welcome Week activities: the new student orientation, adventure trip, and campus tour.

- Emphasized the YOLO initiative's commitment to foster leadership spirit on campus, providing students with the knowledge, tools, and equity-centered resources necessary for leadership development, particularly focusing on supporting underprivileged groups.- Conducted interviews with campus leaders, including the President and Vice President, to gather insights and transform them into valuable resources for enhancing leadership skills and benefiting the community.- Participate in quarterly lunches with the Vice President of ODEI to discuss and exchange awareness and concerns related to campus inclusivity and diversity initiatives.

- Work with the housing supervisors and students to implement our solution across the campus. Addressing student housing rules challenges with practical solutions for effective enforcement and a positive residential experience.- Effectively use public speaking skills to represent ideas in front of faculty members and other audiences. Strong collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork to achieve success and being the winner.

- Advising prospective students worldwide via the Unibuddy platform and the Green River College website.- Collaborate with the International Digital Marketing Manager to analyze student interests, benefiting global recruiters and regional marketers.- Collaborated with German regional recruiters to produce a promotional video for a study abroad agency in Germany.
