Beijing Novartis Pharma Co., Ltd. Senior Patient Education Manager in Marketing (5 years),Medical Affairs(2 years).2006-2007 Hypertension and Osteoporosis patient education program.2007-2012 Chronic Hepatitis B patient education program. There are nearly 200,000 HB patients ,1000 hospitals attend program since 2007.Wined Novartis Global Best Practice Award twice before 2012.Being in Marketing Department, I’m also responsbility for brand management, marketing materials, professional training, event organization and KOL management,etc.2012-2013 Ophthalmology patient education program. There are more than 10,000 patients and 50 hospitals attend program since 2013. The program object is to improve patient disease awareness and compliance. We support hospitals to setup patient management system including patient education specialist, green channel and software. We also deliver diversified patient education materials（brochure, poster, video, website, etc）and hold patient education class in hospital, old people club, physical examination center, government organization and community. Brightness team won Global ownership award of “Idea Pharm” and Global special “the BOLDest of the BOLD” award（the second） in 2013. 2013.9-now Be responsibility for healthcare materials, website, video, mass media for all patient programs. Be responsibility for compliance training to new hires.
