I am a software engineer specializing in solutions for IX/HIE (Image Exchange and Health Information Exchange) based on IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) specifications. I apply the latest Java stacks on the server-side, focusing on designing and developing authentication and authorization security components for healthcare web services.

I co-founded and successfully managed an e-learning start-up company, specializing in Korean language education for non-Korean students through a mobile app and web service. Our venture was chosen to participate in the Daejeon City & KAIST venture supporting program, recognizing our potential as a promising start-up. Within the company, I took the lead in designing and implementing essential services, including the Course Management Service, Intranet service, and student/teacher scheduling system.

I have extensive experience in researching and developing software quality assurance techniques and software evolution. Notably, I contributed to an embedded software reliability estimation project for a submarine system, collaborating with the Agency for Defense Development.Furthermore, I played a key role in designing and developing WIST (Web-based Inspection Support Tool), which proved to be highly effective in streamlining inspection processes.As a valuable member of the Quantitative Software Process Management Group, I worked on the development of an innovative SPLE (Software Product Line Engineering) Model and SSPMT, a Six Sigma-based quantitative project management web service. As a leader, I successfully managed a development team responsible for creating a Web-based Learning Material Management System. Additionally, I was involved in extensive research and development efforts to build an e-learning Portal System catered to military officers.My responsibilities included the design, development, and operation of the Learning Course management module, ensuring seamless and efficient learning experiences for users.Moreover, I took charge of maintaining the Air University Website and overseeing critical aspects such as server, database, and network security management, ensuring a secure and reliable online environment for all users.
