• Build the department's plan and rating scale with a cross-cutting theme and sticking to the annual OKRs• Responsible for the development and implementation of the main activities during the year, including Teambuilding, Leadercamp, Company Birthday, Year End Party... and annual activities (Vietnamese Women, Men's day, Gratitude to internal lecturers...) to increase the human resource experience and help employees to engage.• Advise on spreading the company’s core values to encourage employees to live and act according to the corporate culture.• Create content on communication channels: Facebook, Email, HappyTime, E-News... so that information to personnel is timely, concise, transparent, and effective.• Build a team of "Brand Ambassador" increases the Company's brand in the eyes of candidates and the public.• Contribute feature ideas for strategic products to increase digital experience (HappyTime, Topcv.vn...)• Build Internal Communication Policy/Brand Identity/Tone of Voice/....• Support Business Division and Technology Division in implementing separate activities to improve team morale• Support the organization, operation, and communication of internal training activities, promoting a culture of shared learning.• Organize, operate and communicate the activities of the Marketing/Brand/Community Division in branding campaigns.
