Main Responsibilities- Responsible for Recruitment both Technical and Business openings of HCMC and HaNoi Branch- Partner with hiring managers to create and update recruitment needs, JDs as well as screening tests- Manage candidate networks, built trust, and maintained a good rapport with candidates- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates via VNWs, ITviec, Linkedin, Recruitery, Facebook, Networking,...- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.- Coordinate and schedule interviews of candidates with hiring managers, and follow up with all parties involved as necessary. - Interview: Become an interviewer for some intern positions- Employer Branding: Make plans, design posters and create contents for significant events to be shared on the company's Linkedin career page. - Intern instruction: Mentor and assist the intern in her daily tasks by offering guidance (Apr 2023 - Jul 2023)Achievements:- Best Team of The Year 2022 (Recognized by Trusting Social)- Best Performer of Recruitment Team 2023 (Recognized by Line Manager)
