Technical Project Management– Establishing the communication channel between the customer’s lab and the global solution team.– Handle internal/external customer and partner engagement.– Drive improvement activities related to risk assessments and risk management.

In charge of supporting Softbank and KDDI LTE/NR Feature Verification and new equipment adaptation Project Project Coordinator- Corporate with global engineer and project manager to finish the Project Management Plan.- Lead the team and monitor the status of the project during the project period. - Risk analysis and feedback problems in time to the organization and put forward the possible impact; collaborate with Global R&D engineers to solve the issue.- Finish the Final Verification Report via discussing with stakeholders.- Assist CPM to update the Lessons Learned Register/Organizational Process Assets all the time.Customer Handling- Decide the final test scope after discussing with customers.- Report the status of the project to the customer every week.- Host a Customer Demo with local and global engineers.- Corporate with the project manager and global engineers to answer the questions/queries from customers.

In charge of supporting Softbank LTE Feature Verification FNI ProjectTeam Leader and Coordinator- Corporate with Project Manager to finish the Project Management plan.- Guide and Monitor the global team members to ensure everything is under control.- Guide global team members to collect necessary logs when met issues and collaborate with Global R&D engineers.- Assist to update the Lessons Learned Register / Organizational Process Assets all the time. Customer Handling- Decide the final test scope with the customer after Customer Meeting.- Host the activity with stakeholders and customer.- Send the Status Report to the customer during the activity period.- Corporate with CPM and Global engineers to answer the questions from the customer.

In charge of supporting Softbank RNC/RBS/LTE Node Roll-out Commerical ProjectTeam Leader and Coordinator- Assist with Team Leader and monitor the KPI/Alarm during the activity.- Collect necessary logs when met issues and collaborate with Global R&D engineers.Customer Handling - Working as an interface and keep communications between team and customer during various activities.
