I am currently an associate professor at the Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. I received the PhD degree in Computer Science from the School of Computing, National University of Singapore in 2003, the MSc degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1998. Before joining Tsinghua University, I was a lecturer at the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, RMIT University, Australia; a research fellow at National University of Singapore; and an R&D engineer at IBM Singapore. My current research is in the area of software engineering, in particular, software metrics, software reuse and maintenance, and software quality engineering. I have published around 40 research papers in international journals and conferences.
