He's a Spring Forest Qigong Certified Instructor and Master Healer, and completed a three year course in Medical Qigong therapy. Hon specializes in pain management, stress relief, women's health, infertility problems, and preventive medicine. He's co-founder and former Director of the Jow Ga Shaolin Institute, which promotes the study of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts, including Jow Ga Kung Fu, Shaolin Mizong and Yang & Chen style Tai Chi Chuan.
