I recently completed my bachelor's degree from a highly accredited Nutrition and Dietetics program at Saint Louis University. My coursework has covered pivotal subjects including medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and foodservice management. I have fulfilled 100 hours of supervised clinical practice at Barnes Jewish Hospital, where I have developed nutrition intervention plans tailored to address various disease states. Alongside my academic career I have worked at TruFusion. As a Wellness Concierge and Studio Tech at TruFusion, I provide exceptional customer service and support to the members and guests of the fitness and wellness studio. I am deeply committed to supporting the health and well-being of others. I have found that actively participating in a fitness community and continuously expanding my knowledge in clinical and human nutrition are effective ways for me to contribute to this goal.
