I am responsible for designing and implementing the strategic vision of the church; work with the church leadership in designing the focus of the strategic vision; responsible for the various ministries within the church administration; primary educator for adult education; teach Bible Study; preach morning worship; provide pastoral counseling; lead pre-marital counseling; preside over funerals of members and non-members; mentor in Rights of Passage Program; Men's Ministry Co-Facilitator; ex-officio member of Trustee and Deacon Board.

Represent the UW-Madison Chancellor's Office and institutional positions on community development, education, broadening UW-Madison's presence in the local community, nurturing partnerships, and cultural issues through membership on and leadership on various public and private boards, commissions and committees.
