Arts & Services for Disabled provides educational, occupational, therapeutic opportunities through the creative arts for individuals with disabilities.As the Director of Operation, I provided senior administrative management, development, evaluation and training for internal programming and outreach development for company. Including: training Program Directors on program growth and policies and procedures, development of arts curriculum across multiple disciplines, grant funded projects development, pioneering services for consultation as well as company public relations through articulation of broad vision to the public, staff and Board of Directors. I was part of a successful internal HR team as well as independently conducted full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, references checking, negotiation of offers and orientation.

Pathway at UCLA Extension is a two-year certificate program for students with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, offering a blend of educational, social, and vocational experiences.As a Art Instructor, I taught studio art to first year Pathway students, development of model for broad art curriculum and consultant in yearly art exhibit/fundraiser.

Classes were designed to teach adults and transitional high school students with developmentally disabilities studio art, life skills and vocational training through the arts
