I started working at Monzo when the Customer Ops team was less than 100 people! Being with Monzo since the start up days, it's been a great privilege to see the company grown from strength to strength, and become household name. Initially my role was focused on working directly with customers and being on call to help with their account queries. Working across multiple platforms to manage social media, in app messages emails and calls. My final role was in Quality Assurance, ensuring that individuals adhered to internal and regulatory procedures, as well as helping the company carry out focused checks in areas where issues had been identified and data & trend analysis.
