OSG Youth Alliance is committed to cultivating global-ready youths dedicated to sustainable development and innovation. One of the flagship initiatives is the ASEAN-China-India (ACI) Youth Leadership Summit, engaging over 5000 youths regionally. Through Sustainability Startathons, forums, and exposure programs, the event fosters cross-cultural collaboration, entrepreneurship, and sustainability stewardship. Design for Change (DFC) is the world’s largest movement of children and youth driving change by unleashing their 'I CAN' spirit, spanning across 70 countries. The program is recognized as a significant solution towards achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.I am responsible for driving collaboration and overseeing Special Partner Projects, such as the Design for Change Challenge, the longest-running social innovation challenge in Singapore.

-Oversee the CSR strategy and implementation of CSR initiatives to ensure integration of UN sustainable development goals in business strategy -Manage over $ 1 million USD annual budget with a team of four -Develop and manage communication and publicity plan to spearhead the corporate communication messaging of the Group -Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Head of State, Ministries, Embassies, NGOs, Universities, public authority and private sector -Develop and execute different large-scale events with up to 10,000 attendees, flagship projects include scholarship program with annual 100 beneficiaries with collaboration of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and 3 Universities with providing financial support and well-rounded development program, and working closely with Cambodia Wheelchair Basketball Federation to support the development of the team and promote social inclusion.

-Set up CSR core values and pillars, steer the strategic development and operation of CSR departmentCollaborate with internal CSR steering team to ensure the incorporation of CSR values in business and supply chain strategy -Identify suitable external stakeholder and build networks advancing the CSR core values -Lead, oversee, implement and evaluate CSR-related projects and programs -Create content for internal and external communication and multi-media content

- Oversee Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) services, including community-based, school-based, and employment support services, benefiting 700 individuals annually-Raise funds, manage an annual budget of over $1 million USD, and report to different funders- Successfully secured two sources of regularized funding support from the Government and a family foundation grant, achieving a tenfold increase in funding and the number of beneficiaries within 10 years - Provide supervision, coaching and training to multi-disciplinary teams of 26 staff - Initiate and develop innovative projects, including the first Virtual Reality (VR) based vocational training project in Hong Kong - Drive partnerships with stakeholders, including government, NGOs, academia, employers, and the private sector

-Oversee the coordination work with 52 schools , 105 Support programs, 500 beneficiaries and project team to ensure effective delivery and quality monitoring of the ASD support coaching programs -Manage a $500K USD annual budget -Provide supervision, coaching and training to 12 coaches and project assistant -Design and develop Social Competence training protocol and curriculum for students with ASD -Publish two resource booklets for professionals -Conduct needs assessment and coaching programs in primary and secondary schools

-Pioneer new and first ASD service of the Association -Conduct service and training for youth with ASD, their family members and community members-Design and develop social competence training protocol-Publish a research journal

Provide onshore and off shore adventure-based training for people with disabilities/ Special Educational Needs/ youth at risk/ ethnic minorities/ underprivileged children
